This program is for women and non-binary residents and fellows training in specialties that perform operations as a primary healing modality.
Yes. In order to join any of the monthly programs or the 12-month pass, proof of your trainee status must be presented and approved.
Only women/non-binary trainees can register for programs or the online community, and any other surgeons who are involved cannot be affiliated with any academic institutions or training programs. This space is private, nurturing, and sheltered from the formal training settings.
